Why do I need to register to view the IQOS website?

A new regulation effective from mid-April 2025 applies to heated tobacco devices and their designed sticks. This new regulation states that from now on, information about heated tobacco devices and heated sticks, including IQOS devices and TEREA, DELIA, LEVIA sticks, can only be accessed by registered adult users, and the website must be closed.

If you are an IQOS Club member or have previously registered, you can still log in to the IQOS website with the data provided during registration. If you have not registered yet and are an adult, registration is required to log in.

In the case of IQOS, this means that if you want to get information about IQOS devices and TEREA, DELIA, LEVIA sticks, you can get detailed information on the website, in tobacco shops selling IQOS devices, and via email. In accordance with the regulation, these contents are only available to those over 18 years old.

The regulation also reinforces the goal of reducing tobacco and nicotine consumption among minors. To this end, strict measures have been introduced for age verification. We have always done everything to ensure that minors cannot register and access the content of the IQOS website, and we will take further preventive steps in the future.
