IQOS warranty has got your device covered*

We design and build IQOS with care.
What's covered:
Device malfunction: We'll replace devices/device parts affected by factory faults during the warranty period.
Faulty components: We'll replace primarily defective parts or materials only.
Extended warranty for IQOS CLUB members, in case you accidentally damage your device we will replace that for you within 1 or 2 year(s) depending on the type of your device.
What's not covered:
Damage caused by normal wear and tear, and cosmetic damage (such as scratches, dents, broken plastic etc.).
With the exception of extended warranty, damage caused by misuse, power surge, improper handling, liquid contact or fire.
Theft or loss of your IQOS device.
With the exception of extended warranty: malfunction caused by using the device with non-compatible products.

Register and become IQOS CLUB member for extended IQOS warranty
With device registration and active IQOS CLUB membership, extended warranty coverage applies. This means that if you accidentally damage your IQOS device, we will replace it for you.
Additional conditions:
  1. In case of accidental damage, the IQOS ILUMA i PRIME device is covered by an extended warranty for 2 years from the date of purchase, during which the damaged part of the device (e.g., holder or charger) may be replaced once.
  2. For all other IQOS devices (excluding the IQOS ILUMA i PRIME), accidental damage is covered by an extended warranty for 1 year from the date of purchase, during which the damaged part of the device (e.g., holder or charger) may be replaced once.
  3. After the device registration you need to watch the E-coach videos as a condition for device replacement.
  4. The device may be eligible for replacement even if the damage was caused by improper use.
