The IQOS warranty and replacement terms have been updated. The most significant change is that, for certain limited edition and/or discontinued two-component devices, we will only replace the complete device set (holder and charger), subject to the availability of replacement stock. Once these replacement units are exhausted, the standard warranty practice will apply, meaning that only the defective device component will be replaced. This notice is not comprehensive.
