Sorry for that you would like to unsubscribe from emails which sent to the IQOS CLUB community. Remember, if you no longer wish to become a member of the IQOS CLUB, you will no longer be able to receive membership-based, extended services:

  • We provide extra customer service support for all our CLUB members through the contact details provided in the first period after entry.

  • IQOS CLUB members receive regular and direct information on the latest news about the IQOS device, useful tips for using the device, IQOS technology, the scientific background behind it, scientific research, programs and their results, and changes in prices and product offerings .

  • In the first year, in case of physical injury, we will replace your IQOS device in any tobacco shop selling the same type of IQOS device, except for the stores belonging to the IQOS point of sale (limited selection), after the presentation of the SMS confirming the eligibility. The conditions apply to the replacement of the defective part (holder, charger) of all registered devices (except for the replacement device received in case of physical damage) ON ONE TIME. The device can be replaced even if the fault is due to improper use.


  • If you still want to exit IQOS CLUB:

    1. Log in to your IQOS account on the website.
    2.Press the change button in the "communication channel settings" section.
    3. Then remove the "check mark".
    4. Save the change.

    It is important for us to register on the IQOS website and we are sorry that you have decided to delete your profile. If your profile is deleted the closed content of the website will not be available later.     If you still want to delete your profile:

    1. Log in to your IQOS account on the website.
    2. Press the Delete Profile button.
    3. Confirm your profile deletion by entering your password.
