The IQOS Intender Program has been started

In April 2025, a new government decree changed the conditions and elements of consumer product information for certain products sold in tobacco shops. The new legislation allows adult smokers interested in heated technology to be registered as "Intender" in our IQOS Customer and Product Registration System and to receive product information.

IQOS Intender Program

The IQOS Intender Program has been created for those who do not yet have an IQOS device, but want to learn about heating technology. The program aims to provide all users over 18 years old with the opportunity for legally permitted, personalized product information – either by email or in person at designated tobacco shops, in addition to the information provided on the website.

Participation in the program starts automatically with registration. If you agree to email communication, you will receive the most important information through this channel.

IQOS Interested registration also allows viewing the website, so users who do not yet have an IQOS device can access all information through interested registration.
