The IQOS Intender Program was created for those who do not yet have an IQOS device, but would like to learn about heating technology. The program, launching in July 2025, provides broad support for those who want to learn about the possibilities of reducing the harms associated with smoking.
What is the IQOS Intender Program about?
By joining the IQOS Intender Program, you gain access to the full content of the IQOS website, as well as personalized product information via email, if you have given your consent. The program also offers the opportunity to arrange personal support with a product expert in tobacco shops.

By participating in the program, you become eligible to purchase a discounted IQOS device available only to consumers with intender registration, if you decide to use an IQOS device.

30-day buyback
Additionally, at your request, we will buy back your IQOS device within 30 days, so you can experience how IQOS works without financial risk!
What conditions apply to the IQOS device purchased this way?
The following conditions apply to all devices purchased under the IQOS Interested Program:
- 30-day buyback (withdrawal) right, so you can use your IQOS ILUMA device for 1 month without financial risk.**
- 2-year warranty for all IQOS devices purchased in Hungary or received as a replacement, in case of electronic or other manufacturing defects.**
- 1-year extended warranty if the defect is not due to improper use.**
