Updating IQOS Devices in Tobacco Shops

To achieve the best performance of your IQOS ILUMA PRIME, IQOS ILUMA, and IQOS ILUMA ONE devices, make sure to update your IQOS ILUMA device!

How can I perform the firmware update on my IQOS ILUMA device myself?


You can perform the update using the IQOS application.


Download the version that suits you best and log in with your previously registered user data. Our colleagues in the tobacco shops can also assist you with downloading the IQOS application.



It’s important to know that if you are using an iOS device (iPhone or iPad), you can use the IQOS application through the web application, but you cannot perform the firmware update.
