How can I upgrade the firmware of my IQOS device?

Open the IQOS app on your phone or on your desktop.

Log into the IQOS application with your username and password, and pair your device with the application.

Navigate to the “Devices” tab and select “About the device”, then click on the “Check your firmware” button at the top of the screen.

If a new firmware version is available for your device, the application will guide you through the firmware upgrade process.
