In case of change of e-mail address:

2. In the Personal Information section, you can change your email address.
3. Save the change.

In case of password change:
1. Log in to your IQOS account on the website.
2. In the Change Password section, press the Change button.

To access, you need the email address or phone number you provided during registration. You will access your profile with the phone number and password you provided during registration, so you can also view the email address you provided during registration.

Please proceed as follows:
  • Please visit IQOS.com and log in to your account using your phone number, e-mail address or password.
  • In your account, open "My account" and click then on “Delete account”.
  • In the “Delete account” area, you’ll need to confirm deletion of your account with giving you password.
  • Please note:  Your account will be immediately deleted and will no longer be available to you.

    For updating your email, you can visit the “Profile login information” section and click on the “edit e-mail address” icon. Select whether you want to receive your verification code to your registered phone number or e-mail address.
    After checking the code, enter your new e-mail address and save the changes

        A) E-mail address and one-time password:

    After entering the e-mail address provided during registration, we will send you a one-time code by e-mail, which you can use to enter the account. Remember that the email address must be registered and verified in the account. Β) Mobile number and one-time password:

    After entering the phone number provided during registration, we will send you a one-time code via SMS, which you can use to access the account. Remember that your mobile number must be registered and authenticated in the account.

    C) Email address/mobile number and password:

    You can also enter the user account with the combination of the e-mail address/ mobile number and password you entered during registration. If you have forgotten your password, click the "forgot password" button, where you can create a new password.

    You can access your customer account on IQOS.com/My account section.
    After logging in, please navigate to "Personal information” section and then "Edit" to change your address.
