How to change my password/email?

If you have any questions about the IQOS device registration, visit our FAQ section.

In case of change of e-mail address:
1. Log in to your IQOS account on the website.
2. In the Personal Information section, you can change your email address.
3. Save the change.

In case of password change:
1. Log in to your IQOS account on the website.
2. In the Change Password section, press the Change button.
3. Enter your new password and save the change.
