How can I delete my profile?

Please proceed as follows:

Please visit IQOS.com and log in to your account using your phone number, e-mail address or password.

In your account, open "My account" and click then on “Delete account”.

In the “Delete account” area, you’ll need to confirm deletion of your account with giving you password.

Please note:  Your account will be immediately deleted and will no longer be available to you.
