What are the best storage conditions for IQOS ILUMA?

Your IQOS ILUMA works optimally between 0℃ - 40℃, and TEREA sticks taste best when stored at room temperature. Follow these tips regarding the storage:

Store your device and TEREA sticks in a clean, dry, cool place.

Keep your device away from water, direct sunlight and heat.

Don’t leave your device in a hot place (such as inside a car) because the lithium-ion battery and electric circuit board could be damaged.

Don’t expose your device or TEREA sticks to low temperatures for a long period of time. Avoid high humidity and direct sunlight.

Don’t use TEREA sticks if they have been exposed to excessive heat or moisture.

Additional information In cold outdoor conditions, the device may start if it’s kept warm (for example, in a coat pocket). However, while using your holder, cold outdoor temperatures may lead to lower performance of the aerosol and not enough energy for a full tobacco experience (up to 6 minutes or 14 puffs, whichever comes first).

IQOS ILUMA devices are designed to be used with TEREA sticks only. Do not use IQOS ILUMA and/or TEREA with previous IQOS generations, as this may damage your device.
