You cannot register your device in the IQOS application. If you bought your IQOS device in Hungary, in a national tobacco shop that sells IQOS devices, and you did not register in the tobacco shop, you can register yourself and your device as a new customer on the website www.iqos.com. IQOS app is the application for adults who would otherwise continue to smoke or use other nicotine-containing products that enables to customize the interactions with IQOS and provides connected support services.

With the IQOS app, you can also:

  • Get tips and tutorials to help you
  • Get answers to FAQs
  • Diagnose any problem with your device
  • Check your device’s battery level
  • Get notifications about your device
  • Contact IQOS for support

    Several devices can be paired with the application, but you can only connect one device with the application at a time.
