1. Simply press the ON/OFF button for one second.
2. The LED lights will show the charge level:
- 1 LED light means the device has low battery
- 4 lights mean your device is fully charged

It takes approximately 120 minutes to fully charge your IQOS 2.4 PLUS Pocket Charger from an electrical outlet, using the IQOS AC Power Adaptor and USB cable.

Your IQOS 2.4 PLUS device doesn’t need to be fully charged to work, but we recommend you to fully charge it before you use it for the first time, to give you the best experience. Once it’s fully charged, you can use your IQOS 2.4 PLUS Holder up to 20 times before you need to recharge it. .

You can reset your IQOS 2.4 PLUS device by simultaneously pressing and then releasing the Bluetooth and Power buttons until all lights briefly blink.

Your IQOS 2.4 PLUS vibrates for two reasons:
  • When it’s starting to heat up (after you’ve pressed the Holder button to start)
  • When your experience is almost over (30 seconds before the end)

    If you see a steady or blinking red light, it could mean that:
  • Your Holder is not charged.
  • Your IQOS device is out of optimal functioning temperaure (10°C - 40°C.)
  • You pressed the Holder button while you were using it.
  • There’s a problem with the Holder.
  • There are a few things you can try to fix the issue:
    a. Check that your IQOS 2.4 PLUS Pocket Charger is switched ON and has enough power.
    b. Place the IQOS 2.4 PLUS Holder in the Pocket Charger and wait until it’s fully charged (up to 4 minutes).
    c. Make sure your IQOS 2.4 PLUS Holder’s electric contact is clean.
    d. Reset your device.

    a. If the light on your IQOS 2.4 PLUS Pocket Charger is red, it means there’s a problem with your Holder. If it slowly pulses while charging, it means that the Holder battery is reaching the end of its life cycle.
    b. If the bottom light on the IQOS 2.4 PLUS Pocket Charger is red, it means there’s a problem with your Pocket Charger or your IQOS device is out of the optimal functioning temperature (10°C - 40°C).
    To fix the problem, reset your IQOS device and make sure your device is between 10ºC and 40ºC.

    Keep the Holder in your hands insert the HEETS tobbacco stick till the silver line, face down with the tobacco side. If at any time you find that you cannot insert the tobacco stick till the silver line, the device should be cleaned, most likely the Cap.
    After inserting the tobacco stick, you can switch on the device. Push the button at the side for 2 second till having the vibration and the light starts to blink. While the light is blinking the heating blade starts to heat the tobbacco stick. If the light stands still, the device is ready for use. While the device is operating, do not push the button again because it switches off the device.
    You can have 6 minutes or 14 experiences with one tobacco stick. It depends on which comes first.
