I clean my device regularly, but during usage I experience that the tobacco stick dented. What is the problem with it?
If you have any questions about tobacco sticks designed for IQOS device, visit our FAQ section or call our Customer Service.
Note that tobacco blend in the IQOS Holder or in the CAP may block the vents of the air-flow, so the air can not flow properly. We suggest you to clean the device and CAP properly at least after every 20 tobacco sticks.
